Introduction

Project Story

For Wicki Forst, a long-established Swiss company in the forestry and workwear sector, I was involved in the migration and rebuild of the online store using Shopify. The project went beyond a visual refresh and focused on a full e-commerce restructuring. The work included moving to new store software, reorganising the product structure, and redefining core e-commerce logic such as checkout flows, shipping rules, and operational processes. Particular attention was given to usability, performance, and reliability for a practical, broad audience. Alongside the storefront, the setup was designed to support new logistics workflows, internal processes, and future marketing activities. The project was developed in close collaboration, with my focus on concept, UX/UI, and technical implementation within Shopify. The result is a stable, maintainable webshop aligned with the straightforward nature of the Wicki Forst brand.
